We act as your caretaker for real estate assets and investments. Once you subscribe to our services, you will have access to a fully digitized portal where all details regarding the property will be documented with updates at real time. Portal updates include inspection reports, maintenance checklist, repair status, utility payment status, rental status, pictures shot at the site (before and after our services and maintenance) etc.
