Watson Barn Rentals, LLC. is a medium sized Rent-to-Own company located in middle Tennessee. Our goal is provide a way for our customers to have affordable and convenient storage without having to endlessly rent space at a mini warehouse. We purchase portable buildings and rent them to our customers under 'Rental/Purchase Agreement’ contracts through a select network of dealers and builders. We presently operate in the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Mississippi, and Missouri.

Watson Barn Rentals, LLC, started as a companion company to Watson Management, Inc. in 2008. We have been in the portable building rental business since the mid-1990’s. The manager and most of the customer service staff in our office have been involved in portable building construction, delivery and sales for many years. This brings nearly 45 years of experience to our company to serve both the builders and the customers better.

Philip E. Rudolph is the general manager. Miriam Rudolph, Timothy Rudolph, Christina Rudolph, Rebekah Rudolph, Luke Miller, Jacob Mast and Enos Miller all work in the office and on the road to provide the best service possible to customers and builders alike.
